Some Health Tips 1. Corn Flower(Bhutra Atta) is very beneficial to heart patients. It helps to reduce bad cholesterol(LDL) by increasing good cholesterol (HLD). Every unit of HLD decrease 2 units of LDL. So heart patients should take Bhutra Atta's rhuti regularly.
2. Walking for 30 minutes daily(may be at night) is essential as like as our brushing tooth daily. Exercise like walking increase good cholesterol (HLD) as well as reduce high blood pressure.
3. We should take formalin free fishes. Formalin damages our kidneys.
4. Before cooking, vegetables should be washed by water strongly. It helps removing insecticides from vegetables.
5. Before eating, fruits like apple, grape should be washed by water strongly. It helps removing chemical powder from fruits.
6. We should avoid artificial ripened fruits. The process of artificial ripening(banana, mango etc) involves calcium carbide containing traces of arsenic and phosphorus dissolved in water, and further producing acetylene gas that affects the neurological system of the consumer of bananas, resulting in headache, dizziness, mood disturbances, sleepiness, mental confusion and even seizures on a short-term basis. The continuous consumption of such chemically treated fruits can cause memory loss and cerebral edema.
7. We should avoid DTT powder mixed dried fishes. DTT creates Cancer.
8. We should use disposable syringe for any purpose, unused blades in hair cutting saloon, sterilized equipments in dental clinics for avoiding hepatitis virus and HIV virus.
9. We should do X-Ray of high MA. The more MA in x-ray, the better image and the less radiation. In our country, there is available of 1000 MA x-ray. So should we do x-ray of 200 MA in some diagnostic centers ?
10. In USA caesarian operation and tonsil operation(even in worse condition) are often discouraged. Gargle with warm slight salty water(i.e. warm saline) at bed time will remain your throat and tonsil good.
