[greater_noakhali] British Philosophy of Ruling India: Excerpts from Lord Macaulay's testimony in British Parliament in 1835



Please read the last part of this mail that contains newspaper clip on Lord Macaulay's doctrine as he was addressing the British Parliament on February 2, 1835. This knowledgeable man tells the truth and ultimately convinced the British government to follow his doctrine And that paid-off.  Who are we now ... you know better?
