The Mecca Cola World FZCO, company based in Dubai – UAE and Mr. Tawfik MATHLOUTHI owner of the Brand, announces the termination of the contract of exclusive representation of Mecca Cola in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Myanmar, with HRC Group and his President Mr. Sayeed H. CHOWDHURY.
HRC Group has totally failed in the execution of its contractual obligations, and was not able to comply with the clauses of said contract, despite several promises done by the Chairman of the Group to remedy to the situation.
Mecca Cola Group showed an exemplary patience in this deal, if we consider that the contract in question was signed in Paris on October 09th, 2003.
5 years of patience, acceptance of the pretexts advanced by Mr. Sayeed CHOWDHURY and his team, demonstrates widely the bad practice of this group and its total miss respect of commitments.
In conformance with contracts signed with Mecca Cola World Group, HRC owes us huge sums that still not recovered.
We keep an electronic copy of five years of dealing with HRC at the disposition of the Press, Media and any institution in Bangladesh interested to study and understand the long process, in order to make it public and inform the Bangladeshi population.
