Ø   Dr. Fernanda Duarte was born in Brazil and has lived in Australia since 1974. She has a PhD in Sociology from the University of New South Wales and is corrently Associate Professor & Researcher at the School of Management, University of Western Sydney (UWS). She also heads the Sustainability Research Node at the College of Business, UWS. Fernanda's research and teaching interests include organizational culture, cross cuiltural management, sustainability studies, business ethics and corporate social responsibility. She has some renowned publications. She is member of some professional body like: Australian Association of Professional & Applied Ethics, Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management, The Australian Sociological Association etc.

 

Ø   Md. Musharrof Hossain is the leading HR professional of the country who is the recipient of "Global HR Leadership Award" from the Asia Pacific HRM Congress. He has completed his Master of Human Resources degree from the University of Calgary, Canada. Currently, he is working as the Head, Human Resources Management, ICDDRB in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Previously he also worked as the Human Resources Manager of CARE-International and Director, Human Resources of Palli Daridro Bimochon Foundation respectively.

 

He is also the President of the Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM). Mr. Hossain is also the Adjunct Professor of the MBA program of few leading private universities in Bangladesh. He is the Member of the Society for Human Resources Management in USA.

 

Ø   Mr. M H Ali, Manager, Training & Organization Development, Palmal Group has around 24 years experience in Training, teaching, HR and education management. He worked for Save the Children, Australia as Regional Chief in Training & Project Management for the last 3 years. He received foreign training & TOT in different countries. He has a some publications in Training & Teaching field. He got MBA in HR in the year of 2004. He has also huge exposure in the field of Training & Development both in National and International areas.

 

Ø   Rupak Muhammed Nasrullah Zaidi, Head of Training & Organization Development Dept., Corporate HRD, Palmal Group of Industries, Mr. Zaidi, is an HR Professional having around 9 years experience in HR development. Besides his permanent job Mr. Zaidi is attached with Heritage as Director, Business Development, Training & Consultancy. He is also working as Adjunct Faculty with leading Private Universities in Bangladesh and with some Training Institutes as Adjunct Trainer. Mentioned that he is a certified Trainer from City & Guilds Institute, UK. He started career in 2000 and continuing his services in different Govt. & Private Organizations. In his career Mr. Zaidi conducted different research based study for the development of the profession.
