[noakhaliweb] Let's altogether establish a Library beside NSTU

Here we will try our best to find good sponser.   Also all of us try to contribute good sum of money.   NoakhaliWeb will be its owner and they will manage it including their meeting place in Noakhali as Centre.It will be the Head office of Noakhali Web and in Dhaka may be there a branch office.   We all will contribute by giving books in the centre . I know everybody of us have a lots of book to donate in this library   I am proposing it and want everyone's support.   Education is the mail strength.
